Our team designed immersive apps to captivate shoppers on the sales floor, turning digital displays into tools that showcase the best of Microsoft.
I collaborated with designers, developers, strategists, CX, and UX teams to build an intuitive Retail Demo Experience (RDX) that brought hardware and software features to life.
Every click, tap, and swipe throughout the customer journey was considered— guiding shoppers to explore demos with a streamlined navigation and feature "hotspots" to educate in an engaging way.

Giving partners the tools to succeed
I wrote messaging libraries and internal training guides to help educate and empower Microsoft partners to maximize the full potential of Retail Demo Experience (RDX).
I gained valuable expertise simplifying complex technical specs into relatable product benefits and easy-to-follow instructions.

In addition to Retail Demo Experiences, our small but mighty team debuted 5 brand-new devices for Microsoft and its online retail partners like Amazon and Best Buy (to name a few).
I wrote copy to deliver a cohesive, elevated shopping experience encompassing over 80 LPs and PDPs; translated into 30 languages all over the world.
